Bouquet: Delicate but fully exuberant, with intense flavours of watermelon, strawberries and raspberries.

Palate: Full refreshing taste, with some spice hints, followed by long-lasting finish.

Food pairings: Perfect for warm summer evenings but not only, excellent company for light dishes, fresh salads and aperitifs and even fruity desserts.

Region: Dealu Mare DOC – CMD

Fermentation

Grapes were harvested end of September. Alcoholic fermentation occurred in stainless steel followed by a few months of ageing on lees. Free-run juice drained directly from the press was used for each variety.

Oak maturation: Oak aged in Romanian oak 225 lt barriques.
